We really want to make it happen but in every story theirs a villain and yes I think it’s the villain in our goal of getting the super hot bod like Pietro Bosseli and or Maureen of AsNTM

Here are the reasons why we cant let go food over that great body!



       1. There’s a lot of celebration! Yes! In the philippines, there’s a lot of fiesta during the summer season of February to May. Yes and that’s one good reason why we can’t stick to our proper diet!

Kain ka na dali! Wag ka na mahiya! Ito oh kain ka iho may suman, pancit, dinuguan, puto, caldereta dito oh para sayo!
         2. We all have that great, great, great, super awesome and wonderful friend who always treat us food! And of course, when it’s free we are ready!

3    3.We cant stick to our diet, cause we don’t have summer vacation. We have work and i know you! 
    
     4.You’re very workaholic  and that distracts you from your fitspiration goal!

5Naaahh.. Oh come on, you have to accept it, you just don’t have money for that #summergoals

5.      6.We cant get that body because we are working hard, and we need to treat ourselves!
-but you said “a little”! Buffet is not a little, a burger, fries, spagetti and chicken and milkshake is not a little! That’s sin! Gluttony!
Tsk tsk. Tsk. I’m guilty of that habbit!

Last May 2017, I went to Sagada to refresh my state of mind and of course to discover it's surprises!
