PAPA JACK: THE REASON BEHIND LEAVING LOVE RADIO

After his more than a decade of giving advice to broken-hearted listener, Papa Jack (John Gemperle) left 90.7 Love Radio Manila. It was a very sad (for me) event in the radio industry knowing that a novelty will meet its end. His final episode of True Love Concersation (TLC) with DJ Kara karinyosa was very heart breaking. It was a real paradox because it was him who broke the hearts of his fans. Immediately, the news scattered like a smoke in the air in our industry in radio. Some station were happy because it's a new opportunity in their programming while other are sad also. In an interview, he revealed that he was planned to be moved on their afternoon time slot to uplift their rating but he said that he can't deliver the solution that they need in that slot. Last May 2017, I went to Sagada to refresh my state of mind and of course to discover it's surprises!
